jli18 Privacy Policy – How We Collect, Use, and Protect Your Personal Data

1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by jli18 in connection with your access to and use of the jli18 platform at jli18.org, including all associated games, sportsbook services, account management features, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and marketing communications.

6.3 No transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines will occur without a valid legal basis and appropriate protection measures being in place.

7.1 jli18 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention standards apply:

7.2 Where data is retained beyond the period of account activity solely on the basis of a legal obligation, jli18 will restrict processing to only that which is required for the compliance purpose and will not use the data for any other purpose.

8.1 jli18 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on jli18.org to support platform functionality, improve user experience, maintain session security, and gather aggregate analytics data. A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device by a website.

8.2 The following categories of cookies are used by jli18:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that maintain your login state across pages and security tokens that protect your account from cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without preventing core functionality.

10.1 jli18 implements a layered data security framework appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data it processes. Key security measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between user devices and jli18 servers
• Encryption at rest for personally identifiable data, financial records, and identity documents stored in jli18 systems
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to employees who require it to perform their job functions
• Two-factor authentication for all internal jli18 system accounts with access to player data

12.1 With your consent at the time of registration, jli18 may send you marketing communications about promotions, new games, sportsbook offers, and other platform news via email, SMS, or push notification.

12.2 You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

14.2 For any privacy-related queries, requests to exercise your data subject rights, or concerns about jli18's data handling practices, contact the jli18 DPO through the following channel:

14.3 If you are not satisfied with jli18's response to a privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Information about filing a complaint with the NPC is available on the NPC's official website.

14.4 jli18 is registered with the National Privacy Commission as required for personal information controllers processing the personal data of Philippine residents.
