These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jli18 platform, including all gaming services, account features, promotions, and payment transactions. By registering an account or using any part of jli18, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
The full terms are detailed in the sections below. These six points summarize the most important obligations and protections in this Agreement. They do not replace the full text.
Only persons aged 21 years or older may register and use jli18. Age verification is mandatory at registration and may be requested at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one registered jli18 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. jli18 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use payment methods registered in your own name. jli18 does not accept third-party payments. Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.
All jli18 promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including multiple account creation to claim bonuses multiple times — constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Players must not use software, systems, or schemes designed to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, scripts, arbitrage strategies, and collusion. jli18 employs fraud detection systems and will void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jli18 that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and applicable regulatory authorities.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 By accessing the jli18 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of jli18 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
2.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and jli18 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
These Terms apply to all jli18 players in the Philippines. By completing registration on jli18, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement without reservation. Players who are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.1 The jli18 Platform is open exclusively to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use:
3.2 jli18 shall conduct age and identity verification (KYC) for all accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information as necessary.
3.3 jli18 reserves the right to suspend any Account and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where verification cannot be completed to jli18's satisfaction, jli18 may close the Account and return any uncontested real-money balance to the registered payment method.
21+ is strictly enforced. jli18 employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently closed without notice, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
4.1 Each individual may open only one Account on jli18. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 You must provide truthful and accurate registration information. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity. jli18 may require documentary evidence to verify the information provided.
4.3 Account registration requires the provision of a valid Philippine mobile number and a reachable email address. Both will be used for account communications, two-factor authentication, and password recovery.
4.4 jli18 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your Account.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli18 Account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
5.2 You must notify jli18 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jli18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security or from unauthorized Account access that results from your own negligence.
5.3 jli18 will never contact you by email, SMS, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jli18 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jli18 support.
5.4 jli18 uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between the Platform and your device. You are advised to access jli18 only through secure, private internet connections and to avoid using public Wi-Fi networks when conducting financial transactions.
6.1 jli18 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-connected Philippine bank accounts. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. jli18 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.
6.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method cannot accept return transfers, in which case jli18 may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method of your choosing.
6.4 Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
6.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out in the Platform's payment section and may vary by payment method and Account tier. jli18 reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
6.6 jli18 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — including GCash or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees, for which jli18 accepts no responsibility.
AML Compliance. In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, jli18 may delay or suspend withdrawals and request documentation verifying the source of funds where transaction patterns raise AML compliance concerns. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of Account use.
7.1 jli18 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are offered at jli18's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each Promotion as published on the Platform.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific Promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jli18 Promotions:
7.3 jli18 may, at its sole discretion, exclude any Player from any Promotion or loyalty program without prior notice where jli18 reasonably determines that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse or other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
8.1 All games available on jli18 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
8.2 jli18's slot and RNG-based games operate on independently certified random number generation systems. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are as certified by the relevant game provider and published on the Platform.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes — real cards, real dice, and real roulette wheels operated by live dealers in professional studio environments. These games are not subject to software manipulation by jli18 or the game provider.
8.4 All bets placed on jli18 are final once confirmed. jli18 will not void confirmed bets except in the following circumstances:
8.5 In the event of a disputed bet or game outcome, jli18's determination, following internal review, shall be final and binding. Players may escalate unresolved disputes through jli18 support.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli18 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
9.2 jli18 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jli18 reserves the right to void all relevant bets, cancel all associated Bonus Credits and winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
10.1 jli18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:
10.2 Where an Account is closed by jli18 for a policy violation, jli18 will communicate the reason to the Player to the extent permitted by its legal and compliance obligations. Any real-money Balance not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jli18 support. Where a voluntary closure is requested as a responsible gaming measure, jli18 will apply the Player's preferred self-exclusion settings before processing the closure request.
11.1 jli18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. In furtherance of this commitment, jli18 makes the following tools available to all registered Players directly through their Account settings:
11.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool. Once a self-exclusion is activated, jli18 will use all reasonable measures to enforce it, including suppression of marketing communications.
11.3 jli18's responsible gaming policy is detailed in the Responsible Gaming page, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Players are encouraged to review that page in full.
11.4 jli18 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework as applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.
12.1 All content on the jli18 Platform, including but not limited to the jli18 brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, written content, and software, is the property of jli18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of jli18's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in Account closure and legal action.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, game errors, payment delays, or unauthorized Account access.
13.2 jli18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits made to jli18 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 jli18 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability, for which jli18 shall not be liable.
13.4 Nothing in this clause limits jli18's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.1 jli18 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
14.2 jli18 processes personal data for purposes including Account administration, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, marketing communications (where consented to), and fraud prevention.
14.3 jli18 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to retention requirements under applicable law. Such requests should be directed to jli18 support.
15.1 jli18 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
15.2 The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the jli18 Platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
15.3 If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money Balance before the amendment's effective date.
16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the jli18 Platform, you should first contact jli18 support to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. jli18 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jli18's internal process, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
